Stiff Leaf Capital.

Carried on roughing out stems but quickly moved onto the leaf volumes, using a deer-foot and point for most of it. Tom mentioned the restored mould was a little flat and should change it a little so I left a lot of stone on the left hand leaf for that purpose.
12:30 – should was giving me some trouble and I’d made a few mistakes by now, nothing major but enough for me to be pissed off.

Have progressed the volumes and almost ready to start defining them. Slower in the afternoon but I guess you do at this stage.
Want to finish this before we break up.
Life Drawing.
Was tough but good progress, scaling up drawings again and using some special charcoal. I’m starting to shrink my drawings again, probably due to confidence.
Worked on a reclined figure in landscape on A1, was tough and barely scratched the surface even though it was a forty-five minute pose.
