Ruskin House

Worked on this until 11am, big mistake on the ‘S’ as you can see, due to a blunt chisel and lack of pressure (and concentration!). Apart from fixing this, the larger letters are all finished so time to move into the small inscription underneath. Dreading this.

Stiff Leaf Cap

Carried on digging around the leaves, got the central column shape started under the leaves. Needs tidying.

Huge mistake on the masonry at the end of the day. Least I learnt not to pitch like that and mind what hammer I use as well as the chisels!

Anatomy

Very informative and enjoyable, not as detailed as I expected but was great to see the drawers eye work through and around the skeleton. Having a knowledge of the muscles and how they work meant I could focus on the drawing aspect rather than remembering all the muscle’s names.
