Käthe Kollwitz Transcription

Started on the far left side, working the figures as a whole, both faces and clothes. Happy with the movement of them and how the style works. Kim said not to over-work the faces of each figure, to leave them expressive.

Due to headstone work only spent half a day on the transcription. Total of 21 hours now.

Headstone Project

Very stressful, spent lunch in cutting room on plinths and finishing the headstones. Then transferred the letters. I stupidly put the dates the wrong way round (death first then date of birth) in my rush to get as much done as possible. So will have to spin down this side and put the letters on the other side. This is just adding stress and wasting time I don’t really have.
