No silicon so couldn’t start casting yet, spent an arm and a leg on casting materials (should be enough to do the entire FotG project). 

Worked on finishing touches, added clouds, went through a few decisions but ended with something I’m happy with, still an openness to it but doesn’t distract with an overly smooth finish.

Left the clay face down and soaked in water to make sure it doesn’t crack again. Overall happy with relief and will hopefully include in final year show.

Fate of the Guilty

‘Endurance art is “a plan and a following through of that plan” (Performing Endurance, art and politics since 1960 by Lara Shalson), but what if the artist fails to endure? What if I can’t take it and beg to stop? Can I call it a performance review is it unfinished?’ Hopefully I will not find out but it’s something I must think about going into this project.
