Started carving proper today. Spent the entire morning on the ear. Still too flat and full but good start. Moved onto the right-hand cheek after this, using the grid to guide me and focus on areas. The expanding this grid to move around the face and between points. After about 5:00pm moved onto more wasting, around the neck, to help slim the whole piece down. Just a few points before working roughly under the chin and ear.
