Continued carving generally, worked the cheeks brow before finally moving onto the head and neck, areas i had left full due to laziness or fear of breaking the stone. Overall good progress but wish I was faster, tomorrow I’ll focus on the eyes before assessing the entire portrait to see if I can remove the pointing machine.
