The Floating One

Spent most of the morning helping move stone, good way to start the week was nice to just get everything set up for last few weeks.

Worked on the feet, finished them for now. Will go back if I have time at the end but they work with the piece so I’m happy to have them as is. They are pretty big and chunky but I’m limited by the stone and the fault in it. Will see when it’s hanging.

Solidarity

Gave up waiting for granite (got a call today but it’s just too late now) so using Molinos slab that’s been sat outside. Started tooling and will re-design lettering to fit new stone. If that’s done by end of Thursday will be happy.
