Painted the letters today, was a good day. Flood painted the letters, was still careful mind, managed three coats before sanding back. Was worried the flood painting would leave residue on the stone but it worked perfectly. I plan on going back to check on them over the nest two weeks or so but hopefully they dont need any touching up. They definatly look much better painted though.
