The Floating One Bad day carving, did next to nothing. Defined some parts but scared of committing to anything. Don’t know to focus on hands/feet or drapery. Phil Carried on with points, Tim recommended I start mapping out the face more, being more methodical and finding planes. Then creating flats between these points.

Solidarity Was a good day, very quick and free. Tom seemed to like it. Tooling was good too, just heavy batting. Worked together well. Just need stone for final piece now. The Floating One Good carving, defined sternum notch and collar. Moved down from here and rounded the shoulders further.

Solidarity (Lettering) Just painting the quote, focusing on letterforms and refining these. Can’t really figure out spacing until I have the stone.
