Drapery Drawing

Was told to look at Käthe Kollwitz, took a lot of photos of the book, will go over this weekend and transfer to my own studies.

I need to be freer while applying the dark of the compressed charcoal. I took my glasses off to help with this and seemed to work, didn’t go into too much detail. Helped me find ‘principle movements’.

Ended up staying into lunch and working, got a bit lost, was good.

Ended the day with a drawing I’m fairly happy with, could do with another couple of days but happy with the halfway point.

Ruskin House

Worked on Ruskin House from 17:30 to 19:45, is hard to get into it when I’m constantly dipping in and out.
